1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a listing on Khumbula Agri ("we", "us", "our"), you ("the Seller") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not submit a listing.
2. Listing of Your Equipment & Information
You authorise Khumbula Agri to publish the details you submit — including the item description, photographs, asking price, location and condition — on our website and associated marketing channels (including social media and WhatsApp broadcasts) for the purpose of selling your item.
3. Publication of Your Contact Information
You expressly consent to Khumbula Agri displaying your contact information (including your name and contact number) on the public listing page so that prospective buyers can contact you directly. You confirm that the contact details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to share them. You may request removal of your listing and contact details at any time by contacting us.
4. Accuracy of Information
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness and legality of the information and images you submit. You warrant that you are the legal owner of the item (or authorised to sell it) and that the item is free from any undisclosed defects, liens or encumbrances.
5. Our Role
Khumbula Agri provides a marketplace and marketing platform only. We are not a party to any sale concluded between you and a buyer and do not guarantee that your item will sell. We reserve the right to refuse, edit or remove any listing at our sole discretion.
6. Privacy
Personal information submitted through the listing form is processed in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). By accepting these terms you consent to such processing, including publication of the contact details described above.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
